The PUNOK Gold Kata Competition Set consists of 2 jackets (1x red + 1x blue) and 1 pair of trousers, which allows the jackets to be changed during competition. The karate uniform is made in a traditional Japanese cut and made of an easy-care, high-quality cotton-polyester blend that can be washed at 30° degrees in the washing machine and ironed.

A kata is a competitive form of martial arts that consists of stylized combat sequences against imaginary opponents. Aesthetic and acoustic elements, especially within the kata domain, are crucial to delivering a perfect kata performance. Regular kata practice not only improves technical skills but also improves body control and concentration. In addition, kata training contributes to a better understanding of martial arts principles, thereby increasing success in free combat.
The PUNOK Gold Kata Gi has been developed by experienced martial artists for these reasons. The premium fabric is suitable for achieving the snap effect and is very durable and tear-resistant. This kata uniform provides excellent freedom of movement and has been approved by the WKF for competition. Both the jackets and trousers carry the WKF seal (WKF approved). The PUNOK logo in either red or blue adorns the jackets.
