Even more realistic training for many different techniques! Century Bob XL longer torso provides a larger surface for both body strikes and kicks. Suitable for all martial arts, sparring, boxing and fitness training. The base is filled with water or sand and is rounded for easy movement.

The CENTURY boxing dummy "POOR BOB XL" offers excellent training opportunities for a variety of techniques thanks to its extended torso. The material properties with a vinyl "skin" are similar to those of the human body - the blows/kicks are optimally absorbed and appear absolutely realistic.

The CENTURY BOB XL is a great training tool for any martial art. It is robust enough for kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo and other martial arts and its features allow it to be used for tactical training arts such as Jeet Kune Do and Krav Maga.
